Chinese industry has been self-sustaining for decades. As a country that can build the world's fastest high-speed railroads and locomotives on its own, a country that can independently build manned space stations and complete deep space exploration, a country that can build aircraft carriers and shipboard aircraft on its own, and a country that can independently design and manufacture central processing units and supercomputers, China is worthy of the title of an industrial power. On the way of industrialization, from an agricultural country to a primary industrial country, then to an industrial power, until an industrial power, China has entered the final sprint stage. 年度經(jīng)貿(mào)形勢(shì)報(bào)告會(huì)是中國(guó)工經(jīng)聯(lián)為貫徹國(guó)務(wù)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同志的批示精神，落實(shí)好黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院提出的關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展一系列戰(zhàn)略舉措，幫助各行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和企業(yè)準(zhǔn)確理解政策、把握發(fā)展大局、科學(xué)正確決策，每年定期組織舉辦的大型、高規(guī)格報(bào)告會(huì)。報(bào)告會(huì)旨在為政府與行業(yè)企業(yè)之間搭建“解讀國(guó)家政策、探尋發(fā)展機(jī)遇、傾聽行業(yè)聲音、反映企業(yè)訴求”的權(quán)威性、高層次、公益性溝通交流平臺(tái)。會(huì)前中國(guó)工經(jīng)聯(lián)要針對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行中的熱點(diǎn)、焦點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)調(diào)研，會(huì)上還要進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)政策實(shí)施效果評(píng)估、經(jīng)濟(jì)走勢(shì)研判等方面內(nèi)容的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，形成調(diào)研分析報(bào)告，為政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)提供決策參考。
報(bào)告會(huì)自2009年起已連續(xù)成功舉辦了十屆，國(guó)家發(fā)改委、科技部、工信部、財(cái)政部、商務(wù)部、中國(guó)人民銀行、國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委、海關(guān)總署、銀監(jiān)會(huì)、國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局等二十余個(gè)部委的近40位主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都曾應(yīng)邀出席并作專題報(bào)告。報(bào)告會(huì)作為中國(guó)工經(jīng)聯(lián)的品牌公益活動(dòng)，已成為各行業(yè)企業(yè)了解國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)貿(mào)形勢(shì)重要的權(quán)威信息平臺(tái)。十年來(lái)，已有來(lái)自政府部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、工商企業(yè)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)萬(wàn)余名代表，聆聽了共和國(guó)部長(zhǎng)們的精彩報(bào)告。
